What is leads
Sorry for late reply and leads as in the cables that run from the coil to the spark plugs. Its should be thick stranded copper too as the cables go on to the coil and the plug cap is like a screw you have to unscrew the old ones and screw the new ones back in after cutting to length. HT Leads i think their called. I also went for the virago carb as its much simpler gravity fed system. I also used Iridium spark plugs.
You know the country has gone downhill when some Paki is calling the plod Harry Potter 😂

We had one of these over 60 years ago. I seem to remember one issue was a tendency to slip out of third gear. There was also another issue the starter had a tendency to jam.
Rover Meteor MkIVb tank engine, at 650hp. No idea what the RAF flags are about.
Yeah im not an expert on these I was just going on what is written on the side of the casing at the front of the engine there. Sounded incredible though so loud it was insane! Loved listening to it!
