I can definitely agree with ciel, laughing jack, and mins XD Though my favorite (not included) would be Zach from angels of death. He has Heterochromia with one eye being brown and the other gold (to lazy to remember or look which color is on which side) but he also has anisocoria which is unequal pupil sizes.
