putting a cookie bouquet together
OK another video is up! again I'm not a videographer or even tech savvy lol. Maybe it'll come with time or I'll get my kids to do it 🤣
No negativity, if it's not for you or something you wouldn't do, just move on. If you wouldn't use floral foam, kebabs, tissue, or boxes then you do you! (this will be added to every video, I see so much "CoTtaGe FoOd LaWs say...!!! except all food laws are location specific and I'm just not looking for that stuff on my feed, join one of the cookie Facebook groups)

Thank you
I use paint sticks!
Sorry, but the buzzer is distracting. I barely could make out what you were saying
How thick do you roll your dough out
Those cookie designs are fun and done well. They look great in that flat tiered method you demonstrated. Yeah, yeah...the look, design layout, use of certain products, and even food laws might dissuade a viewer or two. But for the less simple minded, it's more about the idea/concept and how it can be adapted. Don't be discouraged by the naysayers. I don't see their videos with a better mousetrap. Keep posting content!
Thank you! Never thought to use a silpat under the parchment & as well a dab of corn syrup! Looking forward to a video on how to decorate without a projector too.
