Lovely idea, but the properties I have seen are far too small for younger retired couples sadly. Hopefully you can develop some larger properties in the future ;)

Hi @Staufen1983, the mission of Yaran is to be a blessing to others through housing which is affordable, fit-for-purpose, and environmentally conscious. And we have implemented that mission in Bali by converting existing properties into these affordable apartments, not new development, minimizing the environmental footprint in Bali :)

Hi @tonypie28! Thank you for your question! While our Lease for Life apartment units are not structured as timeshare properties, you are free to allow others to use the unit when you're not personally occupying it. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like more details about how this works!

Thank you @shotelco for your question. Yaran Bali provides the accommodation and a concierge service. We do not directly provide care or supports for seniors. I have heard that there are some care provider companies in Bali who do provide such services. However, you would need to meet with them yourself and decide on services suitable to you.
