What about Smart Villa's hand over issue in capital smart city Islamabad ? Overseas are waiting from 6 years and commitment was about 3 year plan. What about mumty and stairs charges issue ? Even management collected 100% payment on 2022. Now they are asking extra payment. Which unfair and unjustified. Overseas are angry and upset with management. How come we invest more with this behavior?

Thanks Brother for raising voice. Capital smart city - Habib Rafique group lost its credibility. Overseas are too upset and Fed Up and angry . We booked in 2019 smart villas with 3 year plan including everything. With the promised that only they will hand over villas and keys within 3 year . Now 6 years have passed and still no delivery. On the site only structure and pluster are done which is 30% to 35% of the total construction part. CSC management taken 100% payment in October 2022 . And now they are asking more extra payment for name of mumty or stairs or square feet excuses. Which is unfair and unjustified. Mumty and stairs are already included in all the projects in Pakistan and in our commitment too . They failed to deliver. They are charging us for their failure and mistakes. They did not invest our money on our villas in real time. It is 100% their mistake. Now they are trying trick us. Further more quality of construction is not as same before in 2021 and 2022. They are fall down on quality construction now . And they are trying to not install brands for interior and exterior as per their website on 2019 . Electronics equipment fan , geaser, micro hub many more they are avoiding. In this situation how come we think for more investment in CSC. They are making these things only with 5 Marla and 7 Marla smart villas . For supposed we are buying 5 Marla 845000 and they are asking more 15 lakh , so it will be almost 1 kroor. And 10 Marla villas is 1 kroor 40 lakh. So take from us more 40 lakh and give us 10 Marla smart villas. Because 10 Marla and above are exemption from this issue. Where is justice. Where is the commitment ? Smart villas are a big big question mark on Habib Rafique Capital Smart city.

Capital Smart City Management is worry for imposed Tax on overseas investors. Great thank you. I have one question. Capital Smart City Management why not worried about putting extra payment between 10 lakh to 15 lakh ( 5 marla ) and 24 lakh ( 7 marla ) on Smat Villas for the name of Mumty , Stairs , Square feet . Which is unfair and unjustified and Haraam. 6 year has been passed and takan 100% payment on 3 year plan with no delivery to the real overseas investors. We did not seen any shyness on their faces and eyes . The CSC Management loss the trust and credibility already. They did not fillfull their commitment and did not own their promises. Overseas investors are SAD and Angry on this Attitude. We did not seen Smart features and Quality construction over there specifically after the year 2022. Smart Villas are big Question on Mark Habib Rafique Group . No overseas is ready to invest further.
