from Sweet Smell of Success (1957)
One of the greatest films of all time
Seems like s Great Guy! Nice six pack
Perhaps my most beloved character in movies. And I know a lot of movies... Thanks for creating this post - well done. I also got misty at the end. We should all be such "doddern' old idiots"...
4:06 Won't tell ya, tell Marty
That song 😢got me
Très bon comédien.....il est bien mis en valeur dans ce film
terriffic clips!
Certainly, this is Hank Worden's best known role. However, I think he's even better in 1952s "The Big Sky" portraying the Native American Poordevil.
One of the best; movie and character.
My favorite western
Thank You Kindly
The Comanche were feared by all and for good reason.

Estou tentando descobrir o nome de uma série antiga onde a mulher passa viver em uma carroça grávida apoia perde o marido
He may have been nuttier than a fruitcake, but my dad and I loved Mose's simplistic approach to life - all he needed in life was his rocking chair. MOSE!!!!
Brings back happy memories. My Dad was hard working farmer. He loved this movie and especially Hank`s performance as the kind, simplistic Mose.
Lol!
I like the part where he said "Yeah! OH YEAH!"
lmao!
Ate dirt, chewed grass...I fooled em!
Yeah! OH, YEAH!
Haha!🤣
AHAHAHAHA!! Ya Hear?
You took the words out of my mouth Roger. Such a display and pretty rare I would say for those days (1956) and could make a gal blush. Only recently have I seen "The Searchers" all the way through. What stunning photography and dear "old" Mose. I've added Hank to the coveted "Cathleen's List of Crushes on Dead Guys". Still haven't been on a "date" with a single one yet!

Hank Worden was one of the all time greats and most underrated actors out there. He improved every film he was in. Rest in peace.
0.25 speed. lol
"Oh yeah baby, Oh yeah!"
Old Mose is always a step ahead of Ethan in the search for Debbie.
Almost every film rod acted in he would say his trademark "Oh Yeah" good job👍
Hank Worden should have been in more movies with larger speaking parts. He was GREAT!!!
Oh, he was in LOADS of films. Check out some of the Tex Ritter films where he's the sidekick. Probably his most speaking parts, but he's often billed as Heber Snow. No idea why. I had a chance to talk with him sometime in the '80s. Really sweet guy.
@@Alou2222 Now, THAT'S interesting! It's such a good story that I really hope it's true. Cheers!
@@Alou2222 Thanks, again!
That's why he won The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar... The Oscar...
Oh yeah!
Ida like to have meet him .. Cool post !
"That which we are about to receive, we thank thee, O Lord. "
Hank Worden as 'Old Mose' played someone much older than he really was as he was only 55 years old at the time. Having said that at 3:33 when they put him in the rocking chair and he has no shirt on, he's sporting a seriously toned physique and a pretty enviable 6 pack. Bless you Hank, you were a top notch and much loved character actor and if you don't mind me saying it, "Thank you, thank you kindly".
Saw the film before Twin Peaks and now watching @1:13 wow!!
The moment he did that I was certain this was the old man from Twin Peaks, I only had a inkling before that. I’m guessing Lynch is a fan of his work and wanted to incorporate him into TP
@@HiddenGhul Yes, I think I read that, it was a nod to him
"Yeah...Oh, YEAH!"
