My experiences with morbid obesity and my continued weight loss journey.
My Experiences with Obesity, A Counter to the Idea of Health at Every Size
I was inspired by several UA-camrs discussing Fat Acceptance and Health at Every Size to discuss my experiences with obesity, as a currently obese person to counter the idea that only the obese should be allowed to discuss obesity.
I'm not sure if I'll make additional videos, but I wanted to lend my face and voice to the crowd of obese people standing in opposition to HAES and the growing normalization of obesity.

Thanks for sharing this Mike. Your sincerity and vulnerability in this video is impressive
Thanks for speaking up !!! I hope you find a good relationship with food ... I’ve never been obese but I’ve been overweight... I would binge eat whenever I was bored, emotional, on my period, etc. it took me a min to finally have a good relationship with food and one recommendation is not having any unhealthy food at home ... if you can, take your meals and healthy snacks to work ... stay busy because that will prevent you from thinking about food even though easier said than done but just be consistent ... you cross that barrier whenever you feel like eating bad but you decide not to give in...that’s when you take control .. and finally drink a lot of water ... anyway best wishes and I hope you take your health by the nuts or else you’ll have papa swolio with his nuts on your chin lol 🤪
Great video! I can totally relate to the yo-yo diet roller coaster. Keep up the good fight. You can do it!
