Thanks, helped me decide whether pcb for a DD is decent
This is not how the division between slow and fast damping works. You need to research 4 way damping. Slow bump and rebound are for slow damper movements. Braking, acceleration, body roll. Fast bump and rebound is bumps in the road including jumps. WRC has no adjustments for fast rebound. Your car is not stable. It has the illusion of stability because you have removed grip everywhere. I simply do not have the need or the motivation to spend an hour typing what I have learnt in 20 years but you really do need to learn how damping works. It will absolutely change how you tune and drive. You can use rear rebound damping to delay anti roll bar input making a soft rear, high traction setup rotate as if it has a stiff anti roll bar on corner entry but soft on mid corner and exit. It's really worth learning about. Damper tuning is a black art and it's awesome.
Slow and fast bump division is dependent on the threshold, that is the speed at which the fast bump is activated. But I don't have 20 years experience working with dampers. I just know these settings work in the game. Maybe the game is a bad simulation if these settings work.
U slower the car!
I love your english translation 😆

I did not know that car had a V8. I'm gonna have to check it out now. You have to start grinding some credits, man. WTC 700 at Le Mans is my go-to for grinding.
I'm waiting for comments pointing out my clearly wrong declaration of time saved.😅
Do you like Nordschleiffe? I wanna run a sub 7 minute lap in a sub 700pp 427 cobra without aero. My best is 7:08. I’m so curious to know what a proficient tuner like yourself could run
It all depends on the tires
@@h.mushmann2351well you can put whatever tires you want. I just wanna stay below 700pp and not put a wing on it. Which tire do you think is the best choice and what time can you run? I’d be most appreciative if you’d give it a swing
@runoutman I'll have to check if I have the car
@@runoutman I got a 7 37 435 in a V8 swap Miata since I don't have the cobra. It could go much faster with aero, because I have to tiptoe in the high speed sections where I should be flat out. 655pp 672hp on RS tires
Thanks. Please give it a go and post a tune if you get a Cobra
Front brakes are more effective at braking because weight is towards the front while slowing down. So you might lose some braking force with your rear bias. Hand brake is an alternative.
I personally don't like relying on the hand brake. And I don't like understeer on the foot brake. So I tune the suspension and brake bias to assist the car to steer into the corners. Then there is the possibility to overwork the front tires on the brakes that causes slower mid corner speeds.
GT7 has comfort, sport and Race tires. Are you saying that the comfort softs are representative of Michelin’s PS4s which to my mind are a sport tire. Can you explain the tires in GT7 and their Michelin equivalent’s in the real world. I just got PS4s for my 370Z and they are a great street tire.
An article by "The Drive" reports that if you look closely at the tire sidewalls in the tuning menu, the tires are labeled as: Comfort - pilot sport 4S; Sport - pilot sport cup 2R. I guess I should verify for myself, before saying so. The 4S tire is a great street tire, but the cup 2R tires are much faster than the 4S tire IRL and you can compare achievable lap times IRL between the two consumer tires.
@jacksparrrow5281 I just posted a new video showing the tires' sidewalls in the tuning shop
Thanks, for the advice.

I haven't beat Ganon yet. I've only seen her twice, and both at night during a thunderstorm.
Settings are great for this car. Thanks mate.
Halo.. kenapa punya saya setting terkunci..? Bagaimana cara membuka nya..? plis beri tahu saya..🙏
I don't know why the settings would be locked.
You weren't lying, this is the lowest quality content I've seen on UA-cam in quite a while.
and guys before you put the tire .just make sure the tire spike rotation iis good . see arrow side of the tire
sir . ive seen some youtuber just slapping rim and tire and its all done... no lever and force what so ever... nah just joking hahaha XD

Wrong kind of aliens. I'm talking the alien spirits that possess humans to be able to drive so fast. Not the other way around, where humans possess blue alien bodies.
I play arcade and sims depending on mood - wanted to enjoy this game but they changed first person to where you are too close to the front and can't see what the handlebars/bike is doing. Cool to see you run 1st person but I can't do it after playing other games that allow a better 1st person.
It took me a few years just to get used to the FPV camera. I started playing this series when Monster Energy Supercross 4 came out. I recommend starting out on MXGP to get used to the camera. The MXGP series is made by the same developers as Supercross 6.
This aint it. Why dont big studios invest for a more simcadey type game.
Personally I'd be playing MX Bikes or MX Sim but I don't have a gaming PC At the moment. Motocross 6 just scratches the itch for a moto game. All milestone had to do was scale the tracks to flow properly. I should be able to triple out of a double. But then again it's what's available on console so I continue to play it. I heard MX v ATV is pretty good though.
Hi, I'm new to tuning. what does the brake balance on 5 achieve in this ?
If ABS is on there is no real gain in the alpha Romeo 4C as it is. Without ABS the car might be difficult to drive. If the car has a front splitter, a rear defuser, and a rear wing a brake balance of 5 and ABS on will effectively be like brake balance migration. Which offers better straight line braking performance with down force. And again without down force not much difference and possibly difficult to drive without ABS.
thanks for the detailed reply ❤@@h.mushmann2351
I have a nissan silva ima building thing is wicked fun to drift am starting to tandem quarter laps ... I need to not loose thisbvideo how do i save it
You can add it to your own playlist to save it
I tried this setup and it feels comfortable for my driving style. I practiced a hour and I goes a 1:49:989 on hards with half of tank
Do you feel that road grip kind of thing/Trying to center the wheel like GT7 in ACC? I tried change settings but when in straight roads I feel loose in ACC not grippy like GT7
Yes I feel road grip that centers the wheel. Maybe try turning up your FFB force in the settings
@h.mushmann2351 I tried changing so may settings. But I cannot get the stiffness of the GT7 in ACC. When increasing the gain it just increase the vibrations. Not increasing the stiffness. Whenever I try to take a coner I feel that stiffness but when steering wheel is on center no stiffness on the feedback. My wheel is G923 though
I just don't know if ACC doesn't give such a feedback or ACC gives the real feedback not GT7 since I'm new to sim racing
I don't know your sim setup, but ACC works for me. I hope you can resolve your issue with the FFB
When increasing the strength of the FFB, the steering damping also needs to be adjusted to reduce vibration.
Setting still the same ?
My simrig isn't out together right now, but I think the settings should still be good.
What is this game?
Gran Turismo 7, it's exclusive to PS 5.
How did you solve the problem?
The solution that worked for me is in the comments somewhere
Was this with a wheel and pedals sir? Also, I guess I am your first viewer this time around! 😁
I'm currently stuck using a controller for the moment, looking to upgrade again eventually.
@h.mushmann2351 Admittedly I wrote that about 1 minute into watching, think you mentioned it later on, but it looked smooth driving, hence the ask! Definitely do if you can, I'm also using one, but I do have a G29 and seat for when I move from my location... Also, VR is interesting if you get the opportunity!
?????
I'm taking a break from my usual content…
Is that HDR or do you have your lighting settings low as hell?
Thanks for the constructive criticism 👍

Nice video🙋🏻♂️❤ Can you maka group B Audi Special for me in Chile, Monte and Sardinia 😄🤷🏻♂️ About all settings...🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Would be nice🙋🏻♂️
I'm short on free time, I would love to help you out, but currently am unable to get on the sim. I'm sure similar settings to the rally1 cars would be a good base to start tuning the group b cars. They all have close enough weight distribution and wheelbase to each other, so they're not too dissimilar.
More more more🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Is there any setups for slide not really drift kind of for this car ?
Probably, every setup will slide if the car is overdriven. The problem is the damper limitations only allow for about 50% damping so there are issues when using soft springs settings. The best way to make any car slide in GT7 is to use comfort hard tires. The grippy tires are more difficult to slide.
Trying to find tunes, definitely copying this tonighg!
I've been doing the technique right this whole time thinking I suck at drifting XD
@divinegod5330 there are different drifting techniques, but if you're using hard (non racing) tires if you drive fast enough, the car will naturally 4wheel drift. Technically 4wheel drift is overdriving the car, as IRL the tires would build up too much heat to sustain that kind of driving. It worked well in the 80s and 90s because hot tires are better than cooked brakes on those tires. Modern tires would overheat, and would not last a whole lap of the nordschlife.
The most important part is to show the video in 3rd person view when you doing a tune up video. Think about it.
Thanks for the constructive criticism. I agree 3rd person view would be more entertaining to watch, but small adjustments are not visible from the exterior view. If you want to know how the settings feel to drive, you have to try them out yourself.
How did u did that with a nsx
It's the easiest car to slide, with the right tires.
Awesome view thanks for sharing!
Mine does it without driving! Never did it before.
Sometimes they have updates that change the FFB, my solution was to add more steering damper
After adjusting the angle of 480° and giving the steering sensitivity a value of 2.5, there is a dead zone of 70 degrees on the steering wheel. So 70+70 is 140 degrees. The 480-140 steering wheel actually rotates at 340 degree angles. There are no 70 degrees from the right or left. I think it's the same whether you set it to 360 or 340 instead. I also saw in a setting video that someone set it to 540 degrees and set it to 2.5. I said let me look at the tires from the outside camera. After turning the steering wheel to a certain angle, the tires lock, but the steering wheel still has an angle to turn. In this way, it is as if you are driving the vehicle in 360 degrees. I was wondering how I could make such a rapid turn at 540 degrees. Real 540 degrees are very comfortable in Dirt, but WRC gen. 540 degrees of torture in . KT engine WRC has terrible physics.
I haven't had any deadzone problems with my wheel, I'm sorry you're experiencing that. But also I haven't played WRC:G since my last video. Maybe there was an update that changed the way steering sensitivity works now.
@@h.mushmann2351 After setting the value 2.5 on the steering wheel, take the camera out while the vehicle is stopped, press the A button and turn the steering wheel. The last 15&45 degree angle disappears. As the sensitivity increases, you turn the steering wheel slowly, but the wheels complete the tour earlier. Either this is a problem in the game, or I would say it is incompatible with the TH-T300 GT, but it supports WRC Thrustmaster API.
Very good! The game is now more enjoyable! Thnx 🏃🏃🏃💨💥
Thanks! I hope you are looking forward to the EA WRC game, it looks promising from the videos. WRC Generations is a good holdover until the release of the new game.
@@h.mushmann2351 Great settings! I just set the vibration to 50, all other settings are the same. Fanatec dd pro 8. Thnx bro gg

Diff is too closed
Use what works for you, the game only allows diff preload adjustment, diff lock on throttle and on brakes is some unknown percentage less than the preload. More diff lock makes taking curbs easier, the car is less sensitive to traction difference between the left and right tires. And I like to take a lot of curb.
In ACC diff preload affects all 3. Higher preload gives you understeer in corner entry, understeer in fast corners and oversteer in slow corners and certain traction zones. This is because the wheels are locked more.
So in turn 8 when he was going off throttle whilst turning, he got a snap of oversteer as the diff was locked and both wheels are rotating at the same speed. When he went off throttle at turn 1 in a straight line he didnt have that issue.
The snap oversteer was caused by my bad driving. I'm already six seconds off average pace of most competitive servers. I can't claim to be good at ACC, so it's reasonable for me to claim I had a moment of bad driving.
Great video. Thanks for the demonstrations.
Sorry man! I can't Sim Race either. I'm having problems with the wife.
The wife is important, sim racing can wait. But I share your empathy.
