Does the score actually do anything or is it just a random number?
If you're talking about the dance contest, if you get a 100% (no miss) you get a Steam Achievement. Other than that you just have to get more score than the robot to win :D

Hey :D This is GTA IV Complete Edition on PC ! I have no mods.
I know. Your game is so smooth. You know Gta 4 has a infamous optimization problem. I have a RTX 3050 4 GB, I7 11800 and 16 GB Ram pc system but I'm getting low fps in Gta 4. That's why I was wondering which version of Gta 4 you use.
@@trwrestling2825 Tbh with MAXED settings, literally Maxed, i get sometime to 60 fps when it rains with a 3070Ti, R9 5900X, the game is really poorly optimized as its an old game. Otherwise i reach easy 144 Fps all the time :D
With your componants yeah its not in your favor the game is really poorly optimized :/
