It is illegal to drive a motobike in Vietnam unless you have a TRC or work permit. This is a new law as of Oct. 2023. To get either, you must also have Vietnam health insurance and moto insurance. NO visitors or tourists can drive a motobike in Vietnam. International licenses do not work and not accepted in Vietnam.

In most asian countries except singapore..most pedestrian walkways are occupied by traders to display their sale items or as parking bay...pedestrian has to squeezed along the road and likely to be hit by passing vehicles.in kuala lumpur worse...the pdestrian walkways are used by running motorcycles as their motorcyle lane.its annoying.in cambodia most walkways are used for car parking...obstructing walking pedestrian.3rd world mentality...those driving cars feel great without considering others.
