There's just too much to criticize, just play the game as much as possible for now and worry about strats and tactics later. You're too beginner level for now

Go in more with boosters just make sure you always have some cover or an escape plan available. Don’t just use all of matrix in one go, actively look for abilities to be eating rather than flashing it randomly. She uses shotguns so get in closer

dont stand in the open try and play off cover and also shes a dive character she wants to be in the back line thats why she has shotguns and rockets so try to close the gap and crush squishy then dive out

Be more agressive but not reckless, her boosters have a 4 second cooldown so use those to finish off low hp targets and use her matrix to eat damage while you make it back to your team

Rein and Tracer made a decent play, while you did the least productive thing you could do on Soujorn (primary spam). You didn't even use a disruptor shot on them when they were grouped up and you missed every rail shot... you had the right idea with the flank, but I personally wouldn't have posted this 😅
