User journey mapping really helps in unmasking many pain-points in the user processes. You are able to contextually visualize what the user goes through. Thank you for sharing this. Apart from Lucid Chart, which other tools do you preferably use to map out user journeys and also perform most of the business analysis design tasks?

Hi. I’m new to your channel. I have an MBA & got hired as an IT business systems analyst which I’m 10 days into. I really didn’t know it was a BA role bcos the application says enterprise systems analyst so I did not read up on any BA methodology. I also couldn’t find strictly systems analysis topics either. Now manager had set the scope of a project requiring data engineering knowledge & wants me to create a presentation, a business requirement document & an implementation strategy by Friday. He told me this Monday. Mind you all he did in the first day was breakdown the scope of the project they want to implement. No onboarding. It’s in an enterprise setting & im trying to learn the tools and systems used too. What should I do? I want to do well so that I can create a better onboarding for the next person cos I just feel rushed. How long is realistic to do all of this if you barely know the technology or systems that are most important to the project? Also seems like the stakeholders are internal. I don’t know how or when to gather requirements or who to meet as I wasn’t given that info. It’s all over the place but this is my first corporate job & I need to pay off my debts 😢

Good content.However, If this strategy can yield results in this current market,and it can be demonstrated...Then be prepared for this video to go uber viral! .There certainly will be outlier to the norm.Perhaps, its best to highlight strategies and opprotunities around BA internship as hinted in the video and Junior/entry BA role except that, most BA roles are now demanding 3-5 years BA experience for even rudimentary implementation BA roles.

Informative content🎉 I'd caveat that some project team set up don't have Project managers.Typically,Agile oriented projects that involve business/ system application implementation..mostly, road maps/deliverables are managed by POs or Product Management. Also, a distinction btw a project implementation and product development call out might be beneficial to the viewers.
