I don’t go in the ocean if God wanted us in there he would have given us fins .The ocean is beautiful but scares me to death if I’m on the beach ,sunamis are real.and sharks and sea snakes and God knows what else .

Why did people sue?!? It was an ‘act of God’ and nobody could have done something about it. The crue members did what they could under those circumstances. I don’t get why people sued. Would it be a vulture behavior, they tried to take advantage of the situation.

I live by the sea. It fascinates me just as much now as it did when I was a child. I have the greatest respect for it. However, the thought of being on a ship surrounded by people is not for me. Most of my family go on cruises and they always ask us to go along, but we always decline!

I think for a cruise ship that was just bad weather. From the stability of the footage, I doubt the people on the ship felt much movement whatsoever. Probably extremely moist in parts but a rough ocean for these behemoths would have to be consistent 50ft swells. They are safer where they are than on the island.

Ship captains look at the weather forecast like everyone else. They knew this weather was coming but proceeded anyway.

The land seemed safer than the sea, I’ll take a rain/ cyclone thing check , comeback for me.
