I took my BMW X3 to the dealership and showed them your utube video of replacing the led tail light, they still want to charge me $380 for something that takes less than 15 minutes of labor. So I left and did it myself. Anyone that watches this video can do it. Thanks for saving me all that money. Their loss is my gain.

do you think or has anybody tried this for the civics ? steering wheel looks the same I have a 2021 sport touring for a vehicle thats supposed to be "fully loaded" it sure isn't ! i think honda leaves things out on purpose meanwhile my wife's 2015 hyundai sonata limited has heated steering wheel, hot and cool seats, and blind spot detection and would love to have a heated steering wheel and blind spot detection as well

Thanks for the great tutorial. I ordered the LED boards from Amazon which arrived overnight and was able to change out 3 of my 4 lights on my 2011 X3 F25 this morning. My private BMW mechanic here in Vegas said I needed to replace the whole unit even telling me there was a waterproof seal that can't be opened. They quoted me $568 including parts and labor for just the single driver side unit They also failed to diagnose both inner units on the hatch had failed as well. I've got all 4 lighting up now.

I’ve been trying to find how to do this on my 2020 Honda civic but no one’s had a video. That being said this steering wheel is identical to the one in my civic. I’m thinking maybe a lot of the electrical components are shared between this model and the civic since the button laid out and everything is identical. Can anybody confirm this?

Any chance anybody is familiar with older Hot Wheels, particularly the Sand Witch from 1969? I had two which I had repainted as a young child, so now I thought I would give them a proper paint job finally. I have pulled them apart in preparation to strip the paint. I managed to remove three of the four axles intact with the wheels on, just a slight bend to correct, but the fourth axle I managed to break in half attempting to liberate it from its long held home. So, even if I decide not to replace the other three 'good' axles, I still have one that is in need of repair by replacement. I attempted to remove the remaining axle from each of the now separated wheels, and I noticed something after failing to push the axle completely through wheel. It appears as though the end of each axle is embedded inside of the wheel, as though it may be a two piece wheel, where you would slide the inner piece over the axle, then crimp the end of the axle before sliding the outer part (tire and hub) over the first piece. That is the only explanation I have imagined thus far that would explain what I am experiencing. Does anyone know if this is the case, and if so, is there a trick to getting the two-piece wheel apart to remove it from the axle???

What if it's not the board?

Getting those hoses that are welded to the nipples was a MAJOR BEAR, but I finally got them off. I was extremely careful to pull only in the direction of the nipples, so as not to bend them and break them. Lots and lots of tiny screwdriver and silicon between the tubing and the nipple to break the welds free. Hopefully I will never need to use your DIY... BUT... it is a GREAT one!!!
