There's luck involved because you could get Echoes Doors which give you 200+ echoes per door before Greece, other than that it depends on a few things: - Resurrection stones: you will get 1000 more echoes when you kill Tyr per stone (so a max of 4000 if you don't die) - Rift order in Greece - Depending on how many Glyphs you have, rifts will give you more Echoes - Same thing with runic attacks, the more you have, the more echoes you will receive after clearing a rift - Destroying glyphs for extra points I verified this by checking the different runs I have, in some I have 4 runics, in other 6 (max) and I always get more in the ones where I'm full. That's why in my Purity runs where I don't have any glyphs I get less points! I couldn't even reach 100k points and did all 15 rifts lol

It's done by pressing Triangle a few instants after any hit. You will feel a vibration on your controller, that's the timing. It's similar to Devil may cry Nero's REV system, where if you enhance his sword after evey hit, it will be done instantly

In the Valhalla DLC you can start a run with 2 stones, buy 1 in the lower realms and 1 more in the upper realms table!

This is already the max difficulty! It depends on how much defense you get during the run. In the valhalla dlc in general you don't get hit as hard as the base game (I guess because it's a gauntlet and they don't want you to get 1 shot)
