Do you stick them to the bottom? Or is it sticky already? And do dance shoe grips ruin the shoes?

@@Shannonobsessions they come w adhesive on the sole side to stick on. They shouldn’t ruin the shoes, but if u want to remove them I’d steam the sole so it peels off easily. They last for a long time tho so they should hold up until the shoe is so old you need a sole replacement. They’re snow tires for your feet lol. Alternatively you can just scratch the sole w scissors / a knife to give it some traction (but that doesnt look as nice)

@@Shannonobsessions Brought them to the beach today and chasing my daughter around the playground and they held up great. Feet aren’t too sore. The heel support could be a little better- as I’m sure the Birkenstocks are, but they were good. 😛

@@Shannonobsessions good question it really depends on times. They release a lot of synthetic but time to time they release a real leather that will last you years and not crease that much. Sometimes i get them from nike store in the Philippines, sometimes in Europe, sometimes on their website you really have to watch out, but when you find one buy it as they are rarer and rarer but even on their website look at the description of item it will be written real leather
