@Max Chambliss II - Advanced Contrast Enhancer should have been to Off for both as it's an image sweetener effect, same for Live Color, it was set to Low but it should ideally have been set to Off for a more accurate image. Also, motion settings were not comparable as X95K had BFI (clearness) set to off while B9 to 1, luckily it only affects brightness a smidge but it's not in parity. Lastly, why not just use Cinema on B9 and mirror the settings from the X95K, Brightness 35, ACE, Live Color, Motion etc. That said, as a 85" X95K owner I'm grateful for the comparison and it's really good that you do show the settings on both.

The colors look way better on the Bravia 9 in this video than they do in Quantum TV's video from yesterday and the day before. I don't get it.

I currently have the X93L and am considering upgrading to the Bravia 9. I'm particularly interested in how they compare when watching everyday SDR content. Is there a noticeable difference in brightness between the two?

Great video. How is the blooming. There's this quantum tv guy who has shown lot of blooming in his videos. Also are the skin tones really pale. I'm interested in 83 inch and above. Only watching movies. G4 vs b9. Which would u suggest?

I just bought the Yamaha RX-v6a. Thank you for the walk thru on the app. It definitely helps me with the setup. You have a new subscriber.

I feel your pain, I'm currently using a RX-R6A 7.1 channel. I get a slight delay using Blutooth from computer. The HDMI cable doesn't cause a delay. However, that cable carries a 4K signal to the receiver & a 65" TV. Most of the time, I just want audio. Enter Blutooth. I have a great sounding portable BT radio that doesn't have lag. My surround speakers with subwoofer sounds better. But I can't watch lips out of sync.

You also seem clueless to TV issues too. The Bravia 9 has Brightness pumping issues....where the ABL (do you even know what that is?) limits Brightness and either dials the Brightness down or up depending on certain scenes. Sony admits to this problem like certain Samsung TVs but because SONY doesn't give a crap about their customer base unlike LG, they ignore it like their sony cameras. There TVs from the past that has heatsinks that can handle higher wattage to maintain their Brightness levels.....unfortunately, alot of TVs aren't being built with heatsinks.....I bet you didn't know that either? I think you should do more research before telling everyone a lie about how it's an "upgrade" when it really isn't. Lastly, I'm not trying to be an "A-Hole", but don't be like other UA-camrs out there doing reviews that just completely unhonest and uneducated.......because you're misleading alot of people who doesn't know any better.

🤣.....you overpaid for a TV and paid the RIDICULOUS Sony tax! I had the A95L and took it back because the G4 beat it. I love it how when people know overpay for something and then try to convince themselves it's "better" than their current expensive TV like the A95K because they know deep down inside they shouldn't ever overpay for a TV.

Lies. This new line of bravia 9 seems to be worse than the 85x95l or 85x95k in the blooming control, they just let it bloom. The black light driver to control the level of brightness in the mini bulbs is not working as expected either (that's the reason for the brightness slowly pump up or dim down). The price is even more expensive than the s95d which is ridiculous. Sony must have bought all the reviewers on youtube.

BRAVIA 9 IS BAD. ITS OVERPRICED AND DOESNT COMPARE TO THE A95L. THE BRAVIA 9 ALSO HAS BLOOMING WHILE THE TCL QM851G HAS AMAZING OLED BLACK LEVELS AND NO BLOOMING + BRIGHTEST LED TV + VERY CHEAP. GET A QM8

The problem is twice the price of the TCL qm8 and the U8N, and it's only a bit better . In the shootout, it only beat samsung second best mini led by .01 percent, so it's not worth the asking price

Seeing 👁️ is believing as I witnessed firsthand the brilliance 💥 of this tv in the 85" size at a local Best Buy.. Alongside of it was the Bravia 7...Bravia 8, and last year's excellent A95L... The B9 was brighter & had tremendous color saturation,vividness and had better details in the dark,shadowy scenes.. Nothing at all wrong with my 👀 and it really is about what looks good to you personally and we love the vivid.. standard setting..The 85" is priced @ $4,799 currently which is great and may go down a few hundred? for the holidays 🦃 🎄..Thx so much for yet another great video sir! 🙏🏾

If my A90J shits the bed and I have to utilize my BestBuy 5yr Warranty then I'm seriously thinking the A95L or the Bravia 9. A90J was my first OLED and first ever top end TV.

This TV will be your favorite TV all time. I know your preferences this thing is a goat lol. I truely believe it has a better image overall then even sony oled tvs do. Now sure not as much contrast on a per pixel level but it makes up for it in other areas. That's coming from a purely oled guy myself lol This is the best led tv I've ever seen period.

Dont forget to test to sound test...recent days from x900/950h sony sound quality is tinny a nd not compatible with sound bars too...dont care abt pics..it will always be reaonable...so test standalone and tv plus any sound bar combination
