Thanks for this… took me a few days to find this video. My issue is similar though… I’m creating multiple opportunities from another source, scheduling software housecallpro… and customers have multiple jobs. But the problem is housecallpro is repeating the events for the same job which would cause duplicated opportunities. I need to first check if an opportunity exists before creating a new one… So… in zapier, get the list of opportunity IDs, search to see if it exists before creating a new one? Ugh.

I tried to create a "Wait For Email Event" and when I try to fill up the "Pick Email Step To Wait For" nothing appears. Unlike in this video, you just easily select "Email 2".

Gabe- Thanks for the video on Synthflow. We are using it as well and love it over Air. Our biggst hurdle (in AI overall) is limiting the cost on Voicemails. We don't leave them, but the bots take 5-20 seconds to recognise they are talking to a voicemail, and that obviously eats up a lot of our budget. Have you experimented with how to limit (or even eliminate) voicemail time length to avoid those "uncontrollable" charges? Thanks again!

Hey Gabe, I noticed you also provide texting bots in addition to air ai in gohighlevel, my question is, since the first message going out to a lead who lets say fills out a form and is being sent a follow-up text, gohighlevel a2p requires you to have opt out language in the first text, even if it is the ai trying to have a conversation. Is there anyway to get around this? Or else it just doesn't look like a real person and kind of defeats the purpose.

I can see air is booking appointments with random emails. Although it is collecting the prospects' email and phone number. For that they are not getting the appointment details and reminder.

If you have a legal consent to make the call, it's a sad state of affairs to use a bot for anything under $1000 sale. I run a US based call center. We will take your customers if this is your "edge". This might be good as a "high risk" high reward if you don't have anything to lose

Hey Gabe, what if an agency has their google account already connected. Can I add another account and log into the client's gmail to connect up their calendar?

In my opinion it's just not there yet. Maaaybe for a very warm lead and just a quick booking use case. Or an onboarding/support situation. But beyond that I would rather just stick with text/messages.

Did the team at air AI said anything about future improvements of their AI? I heard they are working on their own AI model.

Switch up "I am great" to "I'm great" anything that makes it sound less like a script and more like a conversation. Type how you talk. Is this a real convo? Sounds like someone testing the bot
