The guest drummer is Miki Tsunoda ("Mittan"). She is the drummer of Show-Ya, the band who originally recorded this song. Show-Ya are great mentors and friends to Nemophila. Mayu from Nemophila and Keiko, the singer from Show-Ya, are great friends. So are Saki (the guitarist singing backing harmonies here) and Sun-Go, Show-Ya's guitarist. This video was recorded while Nemophila drummer Tamu was on maternity leave. The t-shirt Mittan-san is wearing is a little nod to Tamu, as she is kind of famous for wearing t-shirts bearing that frog character.

Love this new song from RQ! I'll be seeing them next year, can't wait!

Group is Phantom Siita and the song is Zoku Zoku. The group is produced by Ado, a very popular Japanese pop singer and the group was formed around the idea of Retro Horror. So the lyrics definitely have some darker meaning and their facial expressions help further sale that theme.

This is the band who's founder Captain Mina is also the founder of Destrose. A band which birthed so many incredible bands over the last decade. Including Lovebites, Nemophila, Aldious, Mary's Blood, Mardelas, Albion. If there is anyone deserving of a Japanese hall of fame induction its Mina. You cant mistake her here as just look for the horns lol. They just released a new album The Vanguard of Hades. Which is some live remasters of classic Destrose performances among others. The name of the song is "Ame Nochi Kanjouron" and is from "DaiShinnenkai 2024" ~Yae no Tsubasa~ Daishinnenkai is Wagakki Band's New Year's Party ~Yae no Tsubasa~ is the name of the concert.

For me, the lyrics point more to the song being a letter to their fans. It is a sweeter song than the previous ones, but it is who they are, a mix of multiple genres and sounds. The 'summer romance' would be the summer they just had. Starting a new group, and quickly finding a fan base. They are asking their fans to please continue to support them, as they go forward in their journey.
