They moved the iCloud "More Downloads Options." Now you have to click on the three dots to the left of the cloud icon and garbage can icon for a dropdown menu. Dropdown item 4 is "More download options..." Click that for a submenu, "Unmodified Originals," or "Highest Resolution," or "Most Compatible." A caveat, using a very fast Starlink it took me over 10 minutes to download a 5min video. And the video is a dot MV4 format, whatever that is.. Cheers!

this method worked for me until about 2 weeks ago. Now clicking the "download unmodified original" will still download a lower quality version. Any updates on a new way to get the full 4k version onto your PC?
