Grimdark Future
Since I made a song for Age of Fantascy, I thought it was only fitting to make one for Grimdark Future.
Verse 1:
On the battlefield of Grimdark Future, we collide,
Strategic minds clash, in the shadow of the tide.
Warlords from the Void, Cybers and the Clones,
Fighting for dominion, to claim the tabletop throne.
Chorus:
In the Grimdark Future, the battle rages on,
By One Page Rules, the war is never gone.
Heroes rise and fall, in this eternal fight,
Darkness reigns supreme, in the dead of night.
Verse 2:
The ancient Eldritch, with secrets to unfold,
Machine armies march, relentless and bold.
From the ash and ruin, new factions arise,
In the game of strategy, only the wise survive.
Chorus:
In the Grimdark Future, the battle rages on,
By One Page Rules, the war is never gone.
Heroes rise and fall, in this eternal fight,
Darkness reigns supreme, in the dead of night.
Bridge:
Rolling dice of fate, we conquer or we fall,
In the halls of destiny, heed the battle call.
Tactics and courage, they forge our might,
In this endless war, we embrace the fight.
Chorus:
In the Grimdark Future, the battle rages on,
By One Page Rules, the war is never gone.
Heroes rise and fall, in this eternal fight,
Darkness reigns supreme, in the dead of night.
Outro:
Grimdark Future, where legends are made,
By One Page Rules, in the twilight shade.
Victory and defeat, etched in the lore,
In this game of battles, forever more.

I created this song for the tabletop game Age of Fantasy by OnePageRules. (Verse 1) Oh, gather 'round ye warriors, the time has come to fight, In realms of Age of Fantasy, we clash through day and night, With swords and spells and thunderous roars, we charge into the fray, On tabletop we wage our wars, where heroes find their way. (Chorus) Yo-ho, yo-ho, let the dice roll, In the Age of Fantasy,...

My first attempt at a battle report. I played a solo game of OnePageRules (Half Page Rules), 15mm Grimdark Future: Firefight with 200pts Battle Brothers vs Dwarf Guilds. Recorded in a hotel room on an overnight work event. I know I made several mistakes during the gameplay, but it was fun to just make my first video. The clamp mount of the OM 4 was too small to fit the iPhone 12 Pro Max with any case. I purchased the OtterBox Defender Pro case with a belt clip and modified the belt clip by removing the clip itself and the area in front of the camera array and also the adjacent side to keep the weight symmetrical and reduce weight. The stick-on ring mount was added to the modified clip and it works like a ch...

This footage was taken a little after 1:30pm. Shortly after the footage was taken, the Okmulgee Fire Dept was able to get the fire under control. I left the scene around 1:45pm and there was very little s...

      @bryanduke1 9 місяців тому

      The dwarves and terrain were scaled down and the battle brothers are scaled up from 6mm models. The terrain was all support free to start with, so nothing was needed except resizing. I supported all of the models myself after changing their scaling. Everything printed out great.

      @@bryanduke1 any chance you remember what you scaled it down by? I've never seen txarli, and this terrain looks great. Do you think most of it would work well scaled down?

    • @bryanduke1
      @bryanduke1 9 місяців тому

      @@TurtleWargaming the OPR models and most of the terrain was scaled down 50%. The terrain was FDM printed. The big boulders were scaled down to 35%. At full scale this things are huge. I have some printed at full scale for my home game room. Not all models will scale well. Those with parts that are already pretty thin will become even thinner and that become a failure point. The OPR models I supported myself after scaling. The terrain is designed to be support free if FDM printed, and it did great when scaled down.

    I didn’t lost the key, I brought my Jeep cherokee 2019 to replace 2 front tires and a rookie used the key with a impact to unscrew all lug nut from right and left side, damaging the key lug, 10 lug nuts, they excused as ohhh whatever serviced your car over tight those lug nuts way too much… cost me 17,99 each lug nut and 65 for the key, plus labor to a mechanic to remove the damaged lug nuts, and half day of my time driving around trying to find someone to fix somebody’s else mistake… whatta day to forget…I call that place now “Blow Fart Tires”. 🛞 🛞💸💸💸🤬

    You know, using a replacement wheel lock key is much easier. Just replacing those removed lug nuts and damaged socket tools will cost you nearly as much as a key!!!!

    • @bryanduke1
      @bryanduke1 Рік тому

      Thanks for your comment, but I didn't damage any tools and used the factory lug nuts that were in the glove box to replace the locking nuts I removed. So it didn't cost me a penny. I guess if you wanted to keep the locking nuts that might be the best option.

      I only used a single socket for all 4 locking lug nuts. That was several years ago, and I actually just used that socket the other day. I can always tell which one it is because of the hammer marks on it.

    What if you get your socket stuck on the spinning collar and it’s just spinning now with the collar?

    • @bryanduke1
      @bryanduke1 Рік тому

      I didn't have that issue, each time The spinning collar would split when I removed mine. I have only had to do this to one vehicle and the method worked great, so I decided to record the 4th nut as I removed it. You might try tapping it down, rotate it a little and tap down, and continue to do this and see if it works loose. If you used a short socket and not a deep socket, you might be able to put an extension in it to tap on or work it back and forth. Good luck.

    Thank you for the video, my key broke from over torqueing the lock. I used this method to get the locks off. i used a small sledge and the 15/16 socket to flatten the spinning ring part. Then i used hammer and a cutting chisel, and a small scew driver to take off the spinning ring. Hammered a deep socket 22mm over both ridges. The socket grips on the inner ridge and then you can unscrew it. Took me about 20min a wheel to get each lock nut off. Good luck to you if this happens, its not the end of the world.. 🙂

    Just want to leave a comment to say Thanks for posting this video. I had a slow leak in my tire and went into the dealership for service. I couldn’t find my wheel lock nut and the lady at the counter told me “blah…blah..,blah” it’ll cost you $1000 a wheel to fix this. Well, I pulled out all the wheel locks tonight, myself, for under $200 using the knowledge from your video. FYI, for anyone reading this, I have a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I used a 15/16 socket to dislodge the ring and key. I put the key back in the set and hammered on a 21 mm socket. The rest was easy. Take care. Thanks again

    It works! 1st check w/ Dodge dealer to see if they have a master key. If my local dealer only wanted $75 it would've been worth it to me. But I was told $220. You necessarily need to break the ring it has to be pushed over the inner ridge & out of the groove. I used a propane torch & heated the ring to make it expand a little. Honestly not sure if that helped or not. Keep pounding! It might seem like it's not going to work at first but keep banging on it & eventually the ring will move & you can get the 22mm on it or an extractor socket.

    While this did not exactly work for me, it helped alot. Here's what happened: trying to get these wheel locks off a 2016 wrangler. They're probably a different size then yours. I got the 15/16 socket stuck on the first wheel lock because I hammered it on too much. After awhile I got it off but the ring was slightly damaged.. so I used a screwdriver and hammer to pry off the ring. Then the 22 mm socket was not small enough to catch it. A 7/8 socket was able to grab the wheel lock and take it off. The idea works, but the socket sizes are not for everyone. Thanks again.
