INGREDIENTS: Dough: eggs - 5 pcs. salt - a pinch milk - 400 ml butter (melted) - 20 g flour - 180 g cream: heavy cream (35%) - 300 ml cream cheese - 200 g icing sugar - 70 g jam 1. mix the eggs with salt, add the flour, beat homogeneous, gradually pour in the milk, while mixing the dough. 2. Pour the dough onto the baking tray. 3. Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 30-35 minutes (during baking the dough will rise, but after you take it out of the oven it will settle). 4. Beat the cream cheese with cream and powdered sugar to a fluffy cream. 5. Remove the crust from the oven and let cool at room temperature. 6. Spread cream on the crust and top with jam or berries. Roll up 7. Send to the refrigerator to infuse for 2 hours. 8. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit. ❤

Раскатайте тесто толщиной 1-1,5 см и вырежьте формочкой печенье (я использовала рюмку, так как формы подходящего размера не было). А можно скатать шарики, а затем прижать их ладонью или стаканом. выложите печенье на противень, застеленный пергаментом. Сделайте углубления в форме ❤️ и заполните их джемом. Выпекайте печенье в разогретой до 200 градусов духовке 10-15 минут. Точное время зависит от вашей духовки. Если персик кислый, добавьте побольше сахара или мёда 😉 а вместо йогурта можно использовать мороженое или взбитые сливки, вообщем вариантов много🥰 учтите что персик все равно будет кисленький

Zucchini -550g Chicken meat (any part) - 400g eggs - 2 pcs. Wheat flour - 110 g Vegetable oil for frying - 40 g Herbs (dill, parsley) - 7 g Garlic - 1-2 cloves Salt, black pepper - to taste (For the recipe use young zucchini, they will not need to be peeled from the skin and large seeds. ) 1. Rinse the vegetables, cut off the tails, grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, place the vegetable mixture in a suitable bowl. 2. Cut chicken into cubes or small pieces, add the meat to the grated zucchini. 3. Beat eggs, add finely chopped herbs (dill and parsley), salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything. 4. Pour in a little flour and mix with the vegetables. With flour the fritters will not fall apart during frying. Add a little chopped garlic to the zucchini mince for flavor and piquancy. Stir the filling - it's time to fry the fritters! 5 Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon out the "dough". Fry zucchini fritters with chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes to brown and fry well inside. Fry all the fritters in this manner until the "batter" is done. Carrots-1pc Salt to taste tomato paste-1tblsp Spices for sauce: tomato paste-1tbsp sour cream or yogurt (without additives)-3tbsp. salt garlic spices water-250ml 1. Boil the rice until half cooked 2. Fry onions, carrots with salt, spices and tomato paste. 3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. 4. Stuff the bell peppers. 5. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, pour the sauce into the mold with the peppers. 6. Bake in an oven heated to 180-190C for 50-60 minutes (check the readiness of the peppers). 6. Take the peppers out of the oven and sprinkle with cheese, send back to the oven for 10 minutes.
I dont make mine with a creamed sauce but will give this a try. Sounds delicious & looks delicious also. I make mine with green bell peppers with the same filling & bake them in tomato juice, all spices you like and tomato juice. Bake this sauce thickens as it bakes covered 30 min then 30+- uncovered and this will help sauce to evaporate some as it thickens. When peppers are done you could sprinkle some mozzerella on and return to oven till it lightly browns. Serve with mash potatoes and the sauce on them when on your plate, side veg of corn, plus a small tossed salad, crusty bread with butter. Yummy.

Grattugiare le zucchine su una grattugia fine, salare leggermente e lasciare scolare il liquido (15 minuti). 2. Quindi strizzare molto bene. Aggiungere le uova, il formaggio, l'aglio granulare e la farina (potrebbe essere necessaria altra farina, l'impasto dovrebbe essere come una panna acida densa). 3. Mescolare bene. 4. Tritare finemente le erbe e aggiungerle alla pastella. 5. Dividere il composto in 2 parti (per 2 pancake) e distribuirlo uniformemente sulla padella. Friggere a fuoco medio per 5-6 minuti, girare il pancake e cuocere per altri 3-4 minuti. 6. Raffreddare i pancake, posizionarne uno al centro dell'altro. Spalmare la crema di formaggio e mettere sopra un pomodoro tagliato finemente. 7. Avvolgere in un rotolo e mettere in frigo per un'ora a macerare.

100% it did. I reckon you could bind it with egg and flour but I guess at that point your kinda making gnocci dough

1. Potatoes contain starch, so the quiche holds its shape well (but there is a chance that it will fall apart if you make the base too thick and do not bake it enough). 2. It is better to take a detachable mold.😉
