@falseandfactssports barely missed playoffs last year, we had no defense, that was pete Carroll's fault. We just brought in one of the best young defensive minds as a new head coach. You can't tell me we're gonna do worse than 9-8 this year. Also we have one of the most stacked offenses that should be better with an improved oline, we go dk, jsn, lockett, k9, noah fant, and geno is good enough to operate this offense with an average oline. There's my case

Jones fumbled on 6 threw a pick 6 & threw a pick imside our 20 and there was a blocked FG TD. That was 27 of 40 points, and there were several games like off the top of my head I remember Seattle also being like that

Yeah that’s honestly a great point. It just really went over my head. I still can’t see them being a top 10 defense even with that being said.

This also applies to individual stats though too. Sacks, ints, tfls and pressures are inflated. A decent player on a mediocre team cab put up huge numbers due to usage and play time
