@@gcobanimkontwana4909 the unit does work with its own software called access 3.5 database is ms access but can also use sql. There are sdk if you want to write your own software. Logs are stored on the device. So as long as your f17 is on battery backup no logs should be lost.

That is because the c3-400 is only rfid. It does not support the f12 readers. You would need to use the kr600 on the c3 controllers. If you need fingerprint then you need to use an inbio 160,260 or 460. With access 3.5 if you are running biosecurity then you will need the inbio pro controllers

Do you have it connected to a PC? If so you can click on device. Double click on Device. Use the option clear permissions and you will have access to it.

If it's just the one unit. Check power supply make sure giving 12v to 13v if on battery even better. If voltage is correct device has a fault and need to be book in at zkteco for repairs on the hardware.

That would only be on the hardware side. Software will not be able to cause that issue

Have you tried deleting all remotes from receiver. And re program it.

There is no admin password by default you will have to create one. If you don't have it. Connect it up to a pc and use the software to gain access to it.
