Sorry for forgetting that. I started at 320. Lost 45 pounds before surgery, went up to 292 right after surgery and am now down to 260.8 :) I'll try to remember to include that. There have been times I don't see movement on the scale, but can tell I'm losing because my clothes don't fit the same. Being dehydrated really sucks.

Gotta give us your start weight in every video or total pounds lost! Seems like you are struggling a little so I'm sorry about that. Strictures are hard to deal with because you get dehydrated

Really? It's hard for me to tell... I feel like I am the same, but suddenly I can wear clothes that were WAY too small for me not so long ago. I'm actually getting better each day :) Now that I can eat solid food, I am discovering what my pouch will and will not tolerate. It's kinda exciting really. And I don't dump on sugar or carbs. Not sure if that is a good thing or not.

Yes, I need to make sure I keep getting in the water...

I'll have to try the pillows idea! I can't sleep well on my back, but with the sutures tearing away, it is too painful to sleep that way. I can keep pureed foods down, but they want me eating solid (but soft) meat and keeping it down. I made the mistake of trying to eat sausage as the food and am fighting to keep it down as I type...

Does your abscess hurt? If so, what makes it feel better? My innards hurt from how tender the skin is. I do miss things like salad, fruits and some veggies. I've been managing yogurt, but I keep throwing up anything heavier... like refried beans. Lots of shakes and water!
