Hello there! I have been going to NOCD it is a therapy platform specifically to treat OCD. They are really great and they accept insurance. My copay is only like 15$ per session. I used to go once a week I go once a month now so I’ve learned how to utilize the tips I’ve learned in treatment in real life. I also have taken SSRIs (medication) to help, but tbh I don’t feel like those have helped me specifically but they do help others. I suggest getting a therapist through NOCD they are awesome, there is also a chat option in there where you can discuss and chat with other people who have OCD. They also have support groups weekly. I cried so much behind this and lost a lot of myself because of my OCD but doing ERP therapy has helped me come back to a sense of somewhat normalcy. God bless you too! No it’s not cuz we use it for persons with really short nails and they spend they money for it

I definitely use the acrylic way more however I follow tahbeauty she does really good nails on here and she’s done poly gel sets before and they come out looking just as crisp as acrylic. I like acrylic better though.

@@keshacoffee I watch her too 🤭 i guess it also depends on what kind of setting you do nails in because in a fast pace salon like I work at is not it. Soft gel,Hard gel, acrylic, or Apres….. that’s where the money is at ladies 🤑🤑🤑
