I have been using this body prayer each day since we began our Pilgrimage at the start of June. Very grateful to connect with my whole body and whole self; to shift my consciousness from my head / brain where I focus a lot of my attention in the normal busy-ness of life. It's been so refreshing to shift away from there to a deeper place, and to acknowledge the wisdom that is less cerebral and more grounded; held in deeper, stiller place.

These actions really help me remember and feel into the words 😊 Thank you x
