I have a very strong feeling that Eastenders are going to do to Callum what Emmerdale is doing with Aaron. They have already shown Johnny has an interest in Callum, but was rejected however if the spoilers are to be believed then Linda is about to be killed off. They will use that as a way of bringing Callum and Johnny closer together. And while Ben is in prison for 6 years they will use him as bait for viewers to watch and hype up about Ben returning without him actually coming back as a way to push them closer and closer together, and not mention Ben again once they have the viewers and hype. It is exactly the same thing that Emmerdale has been doing for the past 5 years and did again just last week by bringing up Robert as a way to push Aaron's relationship with John to the point for them to be moving in together even though they have barely had relationship build up until this point, the Robert baiting gets people talking and watching and then it is as if he doesn't exist after they have got want they wanted. I have this strong feeling that soon the Eastenders will start do a bit of Ben baiting in the same way, as it is Calum barely really mentions Ben now plus when you think about it the show has not explained why Callum was seen at all for over a month. Sorry for the rant but it something that has been playing on my mind since Emmerdale did what they did last week cheers 🍻

This scene really hit hard. It's heartbreaking to see not just Lola, but her close ones realise that she was never going to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I still fight tears watching these scenes.
