Good work. Is the epoxy you're applying a paint or a primer? When refitting the wings what sealent do you use between inner and outer arches?

Did you put panel adhesive on the off side arch and on that bit that sticks out it looks like it take's the shaking out of the panel. Or did you weld it.

How much material did u need for 3 times with hoods and doors??

All you need is Mother's Aluminum Polish, a couple of microfiber cloths, and 15 minutes. No power tools needed. Rub it on with a damp cloth and scrub it good, then wipe off with the other cloth. About 5 minutes each side and mine has stayed looking new for over a year and a half.

Great Content, I have been in the Automotive Industry for 30 years mostly in the Wrecking Game working in Dismantling Yards we used to "refurbish" these Plastic Lens Headlights the same way except without the clearcoat to be able to sell them as good second hand units again. I did not even think about a coating on the lens, but now having seen this it makes total sense. Cheers from George in Adelaide, South Australia.
