this is so beautiful 🥹
Thank youuu 🥰🥺🥺
You have a mistake in the video title: Through instead of Trhough :)
Oh thanks! I didn’t even notice that haha 🫢🫢 I always make a mistakes with this word. I thought I got it right this time 😅 Thanks again 🙏
This VLOG feels like a Personal Moview with the Color Grading being little gritty
🥰🥰🥰 thankksss
👍💜✨
Glad to have come across your work. Loved the video and the photographs you took :)
Thank you !! Glad you liked it :D
Loved this! Would you recommend the XT4 to someone who wants to get into basic photography/film making - a beginner basically ?
I think Fujifilm can be a bit complicated for beginners (I still struggle a little, even though I already have some knowledge about cameras and photography). However, if you're interested in learning about photography and filmmaking, it's a great brand because it offers many opportunities to grow and develop your skills. That said, there are other brands, like Sony (entry level models) or Canon, that can be a bit easier and more affordable to start with, depending on the camera. Sony cameras also produce excellent photos and videos. I personally chose Fujifilm because of its adaptability for both photography and videography at the same time, which I find really convenient :DD
@@nimnime_ noted, thanks for the suggestion!
woww
Best of the supporters haha
Had the same problem with the weather in my recent trip to Tokyo. Loved the series of doors, your video, and the photo. Thanks for sharing. 👍💜✨
Photographing outdoor can be really struggling hahah but thanks for the comment tho 🥰
I’d like to return to a more vlog-style format, but I enjoy documenting my trips with photography as the main focus. I know I talk a lot about photography for now, but I hope you’ll enjoy the more spontaneous format in the future 😉 (Also, because I can’t travel all the time and I have studies to finish 😬😬).
I love this format of video so much!! the music and the slow paced feeling too!! It feels so hygge ❤️💕
Thank youuuuu I love your comment hehe it made my day <3 <3
Hi there, the first and only comment I will make and it should be a cornerstone if you really want to understand photography is: spend time in a Lab learning the process... This will help you understand light and your practice (even digital) will improve. The photos you are showing are scanned so digital... So the first assignment could be to compare your scan images to the negatives on a light table by first looking at the dark areas. Anyway, I am in Paris, so if you're coming back one day, and want to learn more, do not hesitate. A Tantôt 😊
That's a good idea yes ! I'll check for it :)) Actually my cousin has a "lab" at home so i'm gonna ask him haha :D Thanks for the advices.
hi! how do you like your fuji digital camera? do you use the film simulation feature?
Hey! Yes, I use a film simulation for my pictures that I try to change sometimes depending on the location and the weather. I'm still figuring out how to fully exploit the camera, haha. For video, I've been using the F-Log feature, but it's still tricky. I struggle a lot with color grading, especially with the yellow tones haha. It was a challenge but I hope I'll get better next time :D
@@nimnime_ how fun! ❤ i have an x-t30ii and i'm still getting acclimated with the fuji system, which is so different from the canon/nikon ecosystems. i've mounted a holga lens for canon (via an urth adapter). it's been fun capturing images with this plastic lens and even more so to have these images saved on disc with a film aesthetic without having to do any post-processing.
@@ktanonyoutube Yes the fujifilm ecosystem is so different then the other brands (I was on Canon first, then Nikon, then Sony and then Fujifilm haha!). That Holga lens sounds fun! I love how Fujifilm gives a film like look without much editing. How are you liking the x-t30ii so far?
Nice video, I think about photography the same way as you, is about memories and feelings that we will look back on some day and be brought back to those moments no matter how long it has been since they passed! Some video tips: Unless you are moving around just set your exposure and focus manually, that way you don't have the camera constantly changing both of those, make sure you have a light towards you as you are quite a bit darker than the background here and proper lighting makes the camera's job much easier , if you want to invest in your video I recommend getting wireless microphones like the Godox magic XT1 they're pretty good and fairly cheap but you can go for something a bit more expensive for extra quality, music was a little bit too loud compared to your voice so watch out for that! Also fujifilm cameras are amazing! (I'm biased) if you want to use them like your film cameras and minimize editing I recommend watching the video "Zen & The Art of Fujifilm Film Simulations" and just try different recipes and see what you like.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions! I'll definitely look into your recommendations. Thanks again :D
Love it ! Keep on the good work ❤
Thank Youuu 🥺
So great🔥🔥 Very inspiring
Thank youuuuu
✨✨
Btw I said I was into photography but I'm still struggeling with my video quality haha. I hope I'll get better next time so please share your advices in the comments to help me get a better image quality :D

@@nimnime_ It was ”Tsubaki Stationery Store”, by Ito Ogawa! It is a really relaxing book)
Nice thank you !
Cute video!!! Can you name which film recipes you used??
Heyyy yes for my photographies I used : Film Similuation : Cassic Negative Grain effect : Strong Small Base C5 White Balance : Daylight R:6 B:-4 (it changed depending on the place) Color : +3 Sharpness : -2 Clarity : -2 That was my base, and I used Lightroom to edit some of the photos, adding contrast afterward.
@@nimnime_ what is base c5? what setting is that?
Lovely video with some great pictures along the way. Keep it up! I love my XT4 😍
thanks !! i will 🫶💪
I subbed during the audio recording at the beginning, really liked it.
Thank you 🥺 truly
Very nice!
Thanks! :D
you got some great stuff here...where did you get the music from?
Thanks ! It’s form Artlist.io and Epidemicsound.com ☺️
Where'd ya get the shutter sound for the photos?
Hey ! I got it from Artlist.io and Epidemicsound.com You have to subscribed to their website but I think you can find similar sounds on UA-cam 👍
Hey Nimnime! I'm also a Fujifilm user that's 23 and studying interior architecture! Love your video, what lens did you use ?
Thank you !! I use the Fujifilm XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R LM OIS lens - I got it second hand with camera so i hope I’m getting that right haha. Good luck with your studies ! I totally know what it’s like 🫢
Great music pick!
So glad I found your video in visiting Japan in late November for the autumn foliage and I wanted some inspiration on how to take photos during my trip. I love taking photos but not good at taking them. I won’t have any professional camera just my iPhone and the fujifilm mini instax evo since I’m also trying to journal during my trip and though using that camera will help me. When you took some of the shots did you use the zoom? Like the 2X from the iPhone to make the image larger for example the Tori gates?? Absolutely love the entire vibe of the video… 🇯🇵
I'm so glad you enjoyed my video! Thank you so much for the support 🥺. For most of my photography, I like to use the zoom ,whether it's on my phone or with my camera, because it creates this effect where you don't feel the presence of the camera as much. You can also narrow the "field of vision" by focusing only on what you want to highlight. Give it a try next time! Honestly, photography is all about practice. I only started two years ago when I got my first film camera, and it wasn't something I took too seriously at first. But now, it's definitely become a passion rather than just a hobby! My advice is to take as many pictures as possible, even if they aren't perfect--you'll get better over time ;) Iphones are also great for photography! And if you're not satisfied with the colors or lighting, you can always edit them later using apps like Lightroom (which is what I use) or directly on your Iphone. Thanks again for your comment, and enjoy your trip in Japan!
hi there, love your video! <3 if i may ask, do you take videos with your Fujifilm camera too?
Thanks !! And yes I use my camera for both photos and videos ☺️☺️
