I was quite excited to do this matchup,
The Becker BK2 with its almost primal look and The Esee 6HM with a more refined look

Well, this filming didn’t exactly go as planned, But if you’re on a budget and like big blades and tomahawks, one of these might be the choice for you, Just know you’re going to have to do quite a bit of work to get decent edges on them which I clearly didn’t, and you should definitely have a belt knife as a companion to either of these Also, I didn’t go as far because I was worried about break...

I prefer at least 440A instead of that 3cr13 stuff.. 440A is what I call good enough.. holds edge long enough to not annoy you with constant need for resharpening..and sharpens easy enough. And also 440A is tough enough on large blades like my mtech 151. I also have that 3cr13 Swiss tech..which is same a the mossy oak. The grinds on the blade is uneven on some of the ones I bought.
That's a sick sword bruh, hopefully we see some more of it soon. Maybe with some more cutting !

And here we are a couple of years later. Cold Steel $70, Mossy Oak $20. Each one down 10% in price, nothing else changed. Would I hike back a couple miles to retrieve my forgotton Mossy Oak? Nah, probably not. Cold steel? Nah, proably just replace it with a Mossy Oak so I wouldn't feel bad if it happened again.
Cool review mate. You showed the knife and it’s capabilities well. Cold Steel make some great knives.🔪👍🏼 Fatwood is awesome fun to use. I love the smell and how it’s buttery to carve/scrape. I learnt to use it to start my fires only. I tried to cook on it and it made the bottom of my pot super black and sticky.
