Turns out I did everything right....except after all the time I put into the run I find out me saying no to watch the stupid ass show with alphys completely ruins all chances to get the true ending, you can’t call her back, you can’t go to the lab, you just have to completely restart.

Help, undyne isnt calling me :((

For the ones who dont have a clue on how to get the true pacifist ending, here is what you have to do. To be sure, as soon as you get to spare papyrus, get back to his house and date him. Then, after you start Waterfall and you meet sans, he asks if you want to eat, go out to eat, its where he asks you if you know about the echo flowers. You have to befriend him that way. Then you will see papyrus and sans in your welcome screen. When they are in your welcome screen that means you befriended them successfully. If someone is missing that means you have that unfinished. When you get to spare undyne (giving her the water) you already got the papyrus call to hang out with her just before reaching hotland, so after you hydrate undyne go back to her house and papyrus will be waiting for you there for the date. After you date undyne you will see her in your welcome screen. Then do the rest of the game making sure you dont kill anyone and save monster kid from falling from the bridge, if he falls you lose your pacifist run. And accepting the second sans offer to eat at the mtt hotel. You have to fight asgore and actually attack him until his health reaches 0 then you are given back the mercy button and then you need to spare him. Then omega flowey and all that, you get the neutral ending and flowey tells you to go back to alphys. Because you already befriended papyrus and undyne and dated both of them, they are both at papyrus house and undyne calls you because she wants to send a letter to alphys. You need undynes phone number for that. If you havent dated undyne papyrus will be waiting for you at her house and you have to get that done first and then wander around until you get undynes letter call. You get the letter and deliver it to alphys, you cant get to alphys without the letter. Then when you date alphys and end in the garbage dump, alphys will appear in your welcome screen. When you reach the garbage dump exit you get a papyrus call urging you to go to alphys lab and being all misterious about it. Now you can enter alphys lab and you find a note in front of her "bathroom" which is the entrance to her true lab. You have to clear that stage and after that, flowey will teleport you to asgore again where you will meet asgore asking you if you are ready, as if nothing ever happened. Then its all done.

I befriended Papyrus and Undyne, and at Asgores castle. I have yet to fight him. and I didn't kill anyone. I backtracked through the entire Hotland and didn't receive the call. Do I have to fight Asgores first then backtrack, or am I doing something wrong??
