Heat is typically a LP furnace in most of Winnebago's travel trailers. Hot water can vary, depending if it's a standard RV water heater, or an instant hot water heater. Most of these models, the roof is gas strut assisted, electric is optional. As for the tent material, you tuck it in on the sides. Similar to like tucking your sheets in on your bed as you make it. Thanks for watching!

From my knowledge and experience, all motorhome compartment doors meant to store your personal items, has a lock. The problem is, however, some motorhomes have a generic key that even your fellow RVers have the same key to access. On this one, the locks are more unique. If you want as a further security measure, many of these locks can be swapped out with better locks. Thanks for watching!

Certainly see your point. Have you considered having a flip down sink installed? We have done some cool, small custom jobs for customers that just seem to love the RV 99% of the way, but needed that one extra item to be there to say yes. Keep us in mind and thanks for watching!

Great question...had to do some digging. We are about to go into the 2025 model year, so my answer is based on 2024 MY. Roof rack is in a package on all models. The AC is available in only 2 models, so if you go with the Escape package, no AC. AC is obviously the tallest object, so go with the Escape, it's total height is 6'5". Best way to check, measure your garage door opening because how tracking of your door is important - when advertised as 7', because standard garage door tracking, the door fully open still hangs down some below the actual opening. Make sense? And yes, you are thinking absolutely correct!

Towing capacity of your vehicle is 1,500 from our understanding. This Scout Lite weighs about 1200 pounds dry. It's doable, however, just have to go in it with the understanding your acceleration, braking, and climbing inclines will change - no more getting around town in a hurry. hehe Thanks for watching!
