The Most Delicious Winter Soup in the World | Hearty & Healthy Recipe
Recipe: Vegetable and Meat Soup
Ingredients:
Potatoes (4 big)
Carrots (2)
Bell pepper (1)
Meat (400-500 gramm)
Onion (1)
Garlic (to taste)
Red hot pepper (a little)
Salt (to taste)
Dried parsley (to taste)
Dried dill (to taste)
Frozen dill (to taste)
Frozen parsley (to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the vegetables:
Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut them as shown in the video.
Start cooking:
Place 1.5 liters of water in a pot. First, add the potatoes and lower the heat to just above medium.
Add the carrots:
After 12 minutes, add the carrots.
Add the bell pepper:
Immediately add the bell pepper as well.
Add the meat:
After 7 minutes, add the meat.
Stir occasionally:
Don't forget to stir the soup occasionally.
Add the onion and garlic:
After 5 more minutes, add the onion and garlic.
Season the soup:
Now, add the spices: red hot pepper, salt, dried parsley, dried dill, and both frozen dill and parsley.
Finish cooking:
Stir and turn off the heat. Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Serve and enjoy:
