There is no volume settings in the monitor because the monitor doesn't have a speaker. The volume settings you need to look up in to windows settings if your using monitor with pc or in the console settings if you are using monitor with console

I recommend to use it in normal mode, because anything faster than that this monitor will not function properly even if the description says.

Hi gurpreet! Yes the problem is for everyone with the same model. Because the monitor is not made for 1ms, so the only solution is to change back the response time to normal i.e 5ms. Hope this helps.

Hey there! It works best with consoles like ps4 pro. It did not have backlight bleeding, at least not on mine. And yes when switching the R.T to fastest, it causes the whole picture to go insane and discusting. 5ms is best because 1ms for ps4 is an overkill when controller has more input delay than monitor. You plug kbm in your system like pc, laptop or console, not in monitor.

Hi avisado!! Thank you for your beautiful comment. Brightness needs to be monitored from the menu, up and down hardware keys from monitor. I suggest you to try different system, like console, switch, DEX, and if it still remains unresponsive then i guess its a hardware defect, better to change it right away!! Good luck!

@@Thare Thanks i finally figured out the button is also a "toggle" and can manipulate it around some but it seems sketchy... Maybe a learning curve... was able to to adjust brightness but not a big enough deal to change systems imo... Very pleased with the monitor for the price.

As a whole ps5 supports kbm (not officially) but it depends on game whatever features they make available for interested players. There is nothing to do with ps5.

@@Thare Yes, the problem is that I don't have an integrated video card and I have the hmdi inserted in the video card, and my processor does not have an integrated video card.

@@magnitude1g839 so, try to use the monitor with different pc or console. If the problem still exist it might be faulty monitor (can exchange if still has warranty) or if the problem goes then it can be problem of your video card hardware or software.

@@lltldot4167 it is but having the settings for 1ms on Battlefield 1 and COD MW on PS4 Pro it looks crazy weird. I had to lower settings I think it’s like 4-5ms

​@@YungMYRX its AVERAGE, and it supports 75hz only with an AMD graphics card I guess, I wasn't able to get 75 hz The video quality is average as well it provides HDMI cable, power cable, screws and the monitor. it is very stable, even after 6 hours of gaming work great! it isn't good for fps games like Valorant due to its refresh rate issue Overall ill give it a solid 8/10

Hi KV!! I am not sure with the case of nintendo switch but i never powered off my monitor connected with playstation, so that the monitor goes into sleep mode by itself and whenever i turn on the console the monitor gets the signal and wake up by itself.

@@Laura-of1zh the screen tilts but only few degrees, if you are finding hard to tilt it then your monitor-neck joint might be not right. Please check it first and try again.

I am not sure, maybe check daraz or bhatbhateni online. It is barely available in india so i dont think it will be available in nepal at ease. Even in europe and u.s.a we still need to order for it and wait for a month or few to get hands on.
