Phil, we met at this show, and you actually asked me if your tone was OK… blew my mind. So humble. You liked the band I was in (The Throes), and I was humbled that you would even ask me that question, whilst telling me what you were using. Amazing moment in my life. So thanks…

Thank you WAEC AM radio in Atlanta back in the early 80s for bringing Phil Keegey and his troops to Hotlanta. Second Chapter of Acts at The Fox Theater was a little taste of Heaven. All Glory to The Father and The Son and The Holy Ghost for creating Gifts like these Folks, for our journey Home Viva Cristo Rey

I love his style, honestly. It's super unique and delicate. I've never seen anything like it, and I've been playing for 15 years.

Happy 2024 to ya, Phil! Seeing this vid I'm reminded of you playing an auditorium in Duluth probably 15 years ago, and I gave the stage manager some CDs to pass along to you. I feel a bit disappointed at MYSELF for doing that. I did not realize that 1) it was basically me showing off and 2) you were probably getting CDs from guitarguy fanboys at every stop on the tour back then. I'm learning! Much older and SO much wiser.

God has been so kind to me, being able to perform with John Michael Talbot on two different occasions, spending an evening only a couple of arms lengths away from Robert Plant, buying one of my favorite bands, Ambrosia, a round of drinks after a concert, having one of the best compliments I've ever been given - given to me by Mark Heard - but one of the best and my most favorite memories is getting to a Phil Keaggy concert at a large Church an hour early so I could pray for a while and then go in and get a good seat, and I found a small stairway that went down under the walkway to a room - I guess it was where they may have had sprinkler system control units and so on - and I knelt down there and started to pray for the evening, for the concert, for Phil Keaggy, and was interrupted by a voice saying "Do you mind if I pray with you?" and I looked up and it was none other than Phil Keaggy, one of the absolute nicest gentleman I've ever had the privilege of meeting and talking with. ...and we prayed together for five or so minutes, just he and I there quietly one evening before a concert - way back in the 1990s... and I never forgot

2:27 AHA!! I think just I realized that the Gamefreak Company (Pokemon Games for Gameboy etc), actually took some creativity and probably found their "ICONIC BATTLE BGM" Base from this part here ...right? 🤔 I'd personally definitely say that THIS was their inspiration for the Pokemon Battle Theme Song 😂🤘🏻🎸 I love it 👍🏻

What utter joy witnessing this! Thank you, Phil. Fyi, March of the Clouds was our soundtrack as I drove my wife (and daughter) home from the hospital after giving birth to our only child. Even today, nearly thirty one years later, it still reverberates my soul. More music, please.

Its time to get right with Jesus. nobody is automatically gonna go to heaven at the end of it, we all have lied or stolen or had sex before marriage and the punishment is hell. Jesus died so you can get a clean slate and forgiveness of future sins if you repent of them if you commit them, so you receive the gift of forgiveness by following him. When you start you have to stop sinning willfully, and follow his word and obey it, strive to do those things. That’s following the Lord Jesus. Read the Bible and find wisdom.
