It is not strong statisticly but it is one if not the most irritating unit to fight against. It's fast and invulnerable for 1 round, no fast nuking battles against this bad boy. It basicly goes invulnerable, attacks your archer and on the next round it attacks it again because as long it's turn doesnt come it's invulnerable. Extremely irritating unit.

Those fights where the faster creature mindlessly goes first to take the first hit always make me cringe. First fight is basically 77 Griffins vs 100 Storm Elementals and not 100 vs 100.

if you have 20 titans, can split into 4x5 or 5x4 titans so that each stack can deliver good damages whether in shooting or close combat. I always avoid overkilling as a waste of your damage points, for example, 20 titans vs 1 t1 unit is same as 1 titan vs 1 t1 unit.. Also, split titans help avoid enemy fast t7 units like archangels, devils, dragons to block you from shooting from the beginning, they can block one stack of titans, but not all stacks, so that other stacks can still shoot without getting retaliated.

My reaction at the last battle: "Surely, surely the Crimson Couatl could beat a Phoenix... oh."

Many of these battles are not played efficiently by the other factions, they just let the damage dealing troops go first and take the most damage from retaliation.

Kinda ironic that Scorpicore, which is usually considered the weakest T6, stomps Mighty Gorgons while Efreet Sultans & Champions which are the two strongest T6s after DK & Naga Queens, lose to MGs and not even close. Shows how immunity to Death Stare/no retaliation is strong of a counter against MGs.

The "good" factions have such high tier top level units. Man. especially the Titan + Naga Queen combo. It's absolutely deadly.

Titans are still the gold standard for tier 7 creatures.

Bounty hunters are way too weak for their price (45hp, 1100 gold). It is the first unit in the game i prefer not to upgrade at all, because their 1st version has almost same stats for the price of 800 gold (still weak though and pretty useless).
