I've just finished the show and I didn't like the ending. They could have written it differently. 1) I have always voted for Francisco, but you are right, he was always only there without them showing the two of them together (apart from the first season and him sacrificing himself for Eva when he was shot.) 2) Carmen was like a Disney villain in season 5 (Cruella de vil). Sometimes she acted like a caricature. 3) I have seen a lot of Spanish series and it is very common in them to kill off characters (even lead characters). I have watched "Bandolera" and as the story went on, many many main characters were killed. So you must get used to it, if you watch Spanish series.// All in all, it's a pity that they have ended the show like this, leaving Pablo and Francisco alone with the children and not giving us a happy ending. It's a pity. Fortunately, there are many other Spanish shows that offers us viewers a happy ending. (Thank you for your review.)

Hello steph strangely enough i just finished watching it all 40 odd episodes and really enjoyed it watched over 2 to 3 weeks when i finished work etc i loved the way she told the story throughout id recommend it to watch to any one 😘

I finished this show earlier today. I liked the earlier seasons more then the later seasons. Also I now alot of people don't like the soundtrack but I did, I liked that they used alot of indie artists and giving them a check. I also liked that at the end during the credits they showed the fan art. Also I wasn't a fan of Carlos. I found him to be petty and come on, he almost got his daughter kidnapped AGAIN. He knew what Carmen was capable of and he still let her see Eva. It honestly felt like a plot motivated decision rather then a authentic natural decision. Also Carmen was like a pest on this show, she just wouldn't go away but hey at least she did a good thing in the end

the ending really devastated me and i’m still processing this show too. i rewatch it sometimes just to comfort myself but only with the good episodes. i agree, they didn’t do Carlos' character justice. i wanted more between him and Lidia

What they did to Carlos is unforgivable. Lidia is a TERRIBLE person. She took away Carlos' daughter and I'm supposed to cheer for her!? Honestly, after they shot him, I couldn't finish the series because I just no longer cared about Lidia.

I rly like ur James theory about him dying I would hate for it to happen but I think it would make the book more heartbreaking which I love in a book

I was really unhappy with the ending of the season and literally feel like crying now I mean how could they do this they build up the suspense I thought lidiya was the narrator so she could never die but they kill the narrator of the story this is insane 😂😂😭 but still I love the series 😘😘
