This is the exact way how it is. I'm such a bubbly positive person, then the switch happens. It's horrific that ppl completely dismiss. They have no idea how their judgements and "buck up" comments plummet it further toward ending it all. I'm so glad I'm not alone, not crazy and have survived thus far. I look forward to menopause.

Thank you for raising awareness about PMDD in such a realistic way. I know a sufferer and I can relate to all you and your partner have said in your relationship video which is the best description I've seen anywhere about how it destroys what you had before. I can only imagine how it must feel to be struck down with PMDD.

Thank you for sharing your PMDD and.the impact on your relationship... the comments are turned off on that video. And I just wanted to say thank you. I found it very helpful, I am in love with my girlfriend, and she tells me what exactly I need to do to help her during those days of pmdd. And I sometimes take it personal, and end up creating a situation that could have been avoided. Your husband has a great outlook on your relationship and dealing with the pmdd and it's exactly what I needed to hear.
