I have nissan the issue is that blend door its not easy to rotate it, ltd like stuck with something inside, I don’t know what happened to it

Maybe you got lucky, sure didn't work for me.
Just did this on a 2010 and I didn’t work, tried at least 20 times
Make sure the accessories is turned on while you are trying it

Squeeze the harness so you can pull it in and out quickly a few times while acc is on. Try 4-5 times then see if it clears.

Normally I would take the hood off and just lift it out but the front end come apart fairly easy. The front re bar is a bolt in and removing it just gave me more room to work with.
Interesting you removed the full front end because the motor should be able to come out with the front end attached. Curious what happened to the original motor
There is in/out play but I'll bet that's due to it being the wrong size and not a manufacturing defect
It has a grinding noise as well when you spin it.

Thank you so much for the information. I was noticing when I was trying to turn it to cool it would lose tension after it I would turn to the cooling side that could be part of my problem. I also believe I have a high pressure switch, not engaging or low pressure switch malfunction. I’m just wondering if the low pressure switch is also located in that same area I am going to check that out on my NV 200 mini service van thank you and if you have anymore, film clips on pressure switch locations on this particular unit, I would appreciate watching them as well. Thank you so much.

Do you have to change the whole box to change the bracket? That's 2000.00 or can you just change the bracket? Part #??
It depends which part is broken for you. Usually it’s the whole box. Majority of the NV owners I know just set it and leave it. Set it on full heat and just work the vent speed better then replacing the whole thing.

@@danielbecker6970 I don’t think there will be a dealer part for that. You have to buy the whole box. I recommend find one at a scrapyard and pulling it out from there.

@trialnterror thanx for getting back to me. Can you even change out the bracket with out taking out the whole box. I don't want to have to remove the whole dash.
What if the window/ face/ feet/ nob is broken? Do you have a hack for that? If you do please. Dealership wants to charge me $2,400 to replace that, after paying $1,500 to replace the mechanism for the so-called fan doors.

Mine is super loose. I think its stuck on the hot side

I have same problem, the gear doesn’t seem to be enough strong to rotate the white roller, buying a new will not change anything I believe. So what is the fix? We can not change manually always you know. Dow to repair that thing?
I must of had at least 3 more of these after this one I posted. All customers decided to just leave it. The fix was to much money. You’d have to replace the entire parts

@@RAWRMotorsports i paid around 90$cad 2 years ago from scrapyard and it still work fine since. not complicated at all, just buy used one from ebay or scrapyrd it will do the job as new.
