He speaks with so much ease about the subject. How can a Law school not produce bar topnotchers if it has in its faculty superb mentors like this one?

Art. 436 bkit gumawa ganito BATAS n in exercise of "police powers" kung meron mdamage s isang private property ay Wala Indemnity s owner(s) ng property?! Parang UNJUSTIFIABLE po ito KAWAWA nman private citizens kung ganito pairalin Meron obligation mgbayad taxes on property sila at nging mbuti law abiding citizen pero once govt ng intrude s property at NKA DAMAGE ang police or lgu with "police powers" ay wala obligation ang lgu concerned n bayaran to repair the damage caused to their private property!? Dapat po ito 🙏⚖️Pki Correct Po ng gumagawa batas db po ksi UNFAIR ito on the private citizens n law abiding and taxpayers rin n contribute for the good governance of country or specifically to that city or municipality

Anong year po itong lecture?

A lawyer told us the fee for a will is 3 % . If I have 100 items averaging averaging 250,000 pesos. That is a complex will with lots of extensive explanations. Cost: 750,000 pesos according to percentage fee and hours of preparation. If I have a 25 million peso building only, it id a simple will but the fee is 750,000 pesos maybe 2 hours of preparation for the same fee?

The problem with law schools is that very few professors are as competent and mature as Dean Willard Riano. If you teach this way, you make the classroom a place conducive to learning and the teaching process is all about the students and not about the mentor. All professors or instructors of law shall look up to this manner of teaching as their model if they wish to make their career useful to others. Many professors of law, unfortunately, do not teach this way.

Lucky were the students who had been under his classes. Thank you for sharing. These are the kind of academic materials worth considering.
