What method do you use?
1) Setting the intention to remember dreams and to have lucid dreams. 2) Performing reality checks. I ask myself if I’m dreaming numerous times throughout the day and then try to put my hand through my other hand. 3) Anytime I wake up I write down my dreams in my journal.

This is exactly what I have been asking my guides for. I have been attempting to astral project for years, listening to your beginning meditations, but there was something in the way. Thanks to this interview, I am aware of what it is (as much truth as my conscious mind is ready to take in at this moment). I am present to fear that I was not previously present to. I am present to blockages that I was not previously present to. I look forward to letting those go and contributing to humanity at my peak potential.
