I was upstairs on my belcony, all of a sudden I see this cat I thought was a regular cat then I fully see it come out the tall grass .....dude it was a Bobcat unreal too see this close to my home when I go fishing up the road I usually see 1 or 2 at most but this was a TreaT they look so FreaKIN AWSOME .....

Relieved but disappointed the woman I heard screaming in this woods was probably a bobcat and not a ghost...

Had one for 11 years in small apartment in central Russia. Found him in woods while was skiing thinking it was an old abandoned cat with chopped tail, no teeth and eye infection 😢 Just a couple of weeks later realized that “old” cat was not dying, but growing instead. His beautiful eyes opened , teeth grew, and dark “polka dots “ appeared on his stomach. The entire apartment building lived my giant cat Konstantine for almost a decade. (Even though he never used steps to go outside to use bathroom- he was jumping from the 3rd floor window making sure he was not going to land on someone’s head😂) Never was aggressive to any humans, played with dogs and cars, but hunted squirrels, rats and mouse. Well, I had to feed him with raw meat at least once a day. He loved water melons also😂

If you didn''t know this was a Bobcat and heard that first one they'd might think a demon was out in the woods. Bobcats have scarier screams than a Mountain Lion. Terrifying.

No coyote one on one is doing a darn thing to a Bobcat except get out of his way and no wolf one on one is doing anything with a lynx and an eagle will be their chicken sandwich!!

They gravitate around our rail road tracks. Very active if they’re working on the rail tracks! Usually heard 7-10pm EST. One night observed them front yard hopping & yipping. So very cool!

I saw a mountain lion once, in Colorado. I was up on a huge boulder, and I wasn’t at all afraid. I had friends with me, and the cat actually appeared to be sick. It was skinny, and its fur was falling out. Even so, I felt fortunate for the encounter.

If I were there, I'd do anything to be eaten by a mighty mountain lion.

My husband must be part bobcat because he sounds exactly like that when snoring.

Came on here to see if what I heard this morning while walking was a bobcat and it was! It was a bobcat howling. I never saw it but when the rabbits started running in one direction, I ran with them screaming for my life. I think I crapped my pants. I had never heard anything like that before.

My cat is unaffected. He yawned and said I can take him.

I was investigating what I thought was a coyote den in the woods near my house when I was sidetracked by a delicious pile of free snacks. I couldn't resist and began to help myself when suddenly a 16 ton weight came crashing down. Thankfully I sidestepped it at the last second. "BEEP BEEP"

My son in law and I was standing under the carport last week,( March) and a bobcat was screaming back behind the house in the woods. I didn't know what it was until he said it was a bobcat. Creepy sounds.

I live in an area where I have lions and bobcats, bears, etc. frequenting my property. Example 1 is more menacing and terrifying than any lion I have heard! I would hate to hear that behind me (or anywhere near). Very interesting, since I have seen them, but never heard them. Thanks for sharing this video!

Was clearing away an old pile of down logs and pulled one away only to see a youth coyote laying there looking frightened, I was as well and jumped back about 10 feet and it cautiously crawled out and trotted away, this was less than 200 feet from my back door

I just taped a “night screamer” right here in the backwoods of Louisiana.. have never heard one before.. it was close and I could hear him pacing about 50 feet to the left and back to the right.. dogs from several neighbors’ houses started barking but later hushed up.. can’t say why..

I heard a noise like #1 but it only made the last half of the noise over and over..it was around 8 or 9am

It’s strange how a bobkitty is 1/4 the size of a cougar yet its voice is deep and scary while a big huge cougar can chirp like a bird❤. That’s messed up.

Live in woods along creek. Heard pack howling last night. Spotted 5 today. CANNOT let grand kids freely roam around outside now. Watching kids play from window is no longer possible.
