As you mentioned ''FIA's jurisdiction is restricted only to FG employees as per "PCRLJ 2022, 13", it means FIA can never lodge FIR against any private person; but in a number of cases FIA lodge FIR against private persons who have committed an offence related to Cyber Crime, espionage, immigration, Hawala Hundi, Human Trafficking's and smuggling, currency offences, Human Organ Transplant, Spurious Drugs, Theft of Electricity, Oil ang gas, misidentification and fraud, and other such offences. Is this not the contradiction of this????? Secondly, if this rule is applied to every offence of FIA schedule, then FIA's jurisdiction will be greatly restricted. For example, if espionage is committed by a private citizen, the, as per this ruling, FIA has no jurisdiction. Can you explain, please????
