Hi Adam. Yeah the shared honey super a good idea You don't seem to use a smoker? And oxaic acid cards for varroa. Doing lots of nuc splits keeps your mite load naturally low. Do you ever need to treat with other chemicals?

Adam have you watched the video on Gruffs channel about how that guy manages 1800 colonies by just putting 4 supers on each and not inspecting apart from verroa treatment then just replaces the hive with a fresh one after 4yrs

Get a small compressor and install a high pressure valve on your tank so you can use the compressor to add pressure in the tank so it will come out faster

I see you settle entrance to the queen excluder setting. Just be careful because drones will no be able to get through so they get stuck and block the entrance and the hive can soon overheat and die.

With that much pollen they should get a good start in the spring.

Do you use these nucs through winter, on other videos you have just a wooden board on top, do they not leak in or to cold for bees when frosty. Good video though.
