    I use sound baths during mindfulness exercises sometimes, this is great! I use the book called "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels for meditations.

      WAHE means "wow, I'm in awe". GURU means "inner teacher, inner wisdom or the force that brings me from darkness to light" as GU means "darkness" and RU means "light". So all together you can translate WAHE GURU as "Wow, I'm in awe of the teacher within me"
