First and foremost, you need to retrieve your BitLocker Recovery Key and use this BitLocker Key to unlock your drive. Try to think about where you might have stored it. If on your computer, try searching for a.txt file that filename starts with the BitLocker Recovery Key. Or go to the Microsoft Account and look up your BitLocker Recovery Key.

The Microsoft Account Address is: account.microsoft.com/ Go to Devices > Details > Manage Recovery Keys, check if your BitLocker Recovery Key is stored there.

However, you can try to run this command in WinRE Command prompt: "manage-bde -protectors -get c:" to check if you've set other BitLocker Protection methods to unlock your dirve. I'm sorry not. However, you can choose to format only the C drive to disable BitLocker protection when reinstall the system, thus preserving the data on other fixed data drives. BitLocker can also be disabled by formatting the drive.
