Yes for the middle - upper tone range (cross fingering works). Full chromatic version with double holes for low C# and D# is available.

I thought this was a guy's pet goat playing the bag pipes, but then when I started watching I thought the bag was made out of a goat and got sad. After I zoomed in and realized he carved the head out of wood I thought it was neat. What an emotional rollercoaster and impressive craftsmanship.

Yes, its basic structure(cylindrically bored chanter with double reed) is more or less same as SSP.
It has a lovely sweet sound. Is the Reed single or double? I’m presuming a cylindrical chanter bore?

what is this tune called? where is it from? I will be able to play this on my Northumbrian smallpipes.
Hi. This tune is "Obfelder Dreier". Very good idea to play it with NSP. I don't exactly know the origin, but it should be somewhere in German speaking reagions. This tune is often played for traditional folk dancing for 3 dancers (2 female and 1 male dancers).
It sounds different to a traditional bagpipe, reminds me a lot of Riverdance. Is there different names for subsets of bagpipes or?
