Glad to know I’m not the only person out here suffering from paralysis by analysis. The best thing to do is to find the perfect distraction. I’ve gotten into reading, which I found has really helped. Ironically I hated reading because people told me I had to. Keep growing and making great content.

Thank you for this video! My to-do list gets overwhelming so fast, and I've been trying to find ways to organize it better. I use Google Calendar and time block with that, then pull tasks to work on during those blocks from my somewhat disorganized to-do list. I've been hoping for some kind of AI personal/professional assistant to help with the scheduling and task prioritization labor. Is Motion worth the price? Also, REAL on the boundaries note! Sometimes it's hard to say no to social events so often. I see many people around me going out so often and seeming to have more abundant social lives; it's often lonely to work so much on our careers and financial health <3, but I think it will start to pan out as we age. Our lives will be well-managed, set up, and taken care of, with a clear career and income. I think it's worth the sacrifices now, but it is hard.
So glad you found it valuable!! As for Motion-it’s only $20 a month, and I use it DAILY, so I totally think it’s worth it! There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting it up, but once everything is in place, it makes life so much easier! For the social life bit-honestly, I’m a hermit LOL. I love being home, so I’m more than happy to sit in my office and edit content 😅. Like I said in the video, though, I don’t recommend saying no to *every* social event. I just try to focus on the ones that truly bring me joy and energy, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out. My boyfriend and I go out to dinner often, and we love going to concerts and shows, so I definitely get my fair share of social time! That said, I’ve found so much fulfillment in building my career and working on my goals-it’s rewarding in its own way. Give yourself credit for the sacrifices you’re making-your future self will thank you! <3

Not necessarily referring to people who are broke financially-it’s about those who stay stuck, refuse to grow, and don’t strive for better. The people you surround yourself with absolutely influence your energy and mindset, so personally I choose to surround myself with people who inspire growth 🙌🏼

Bc that’s the opposite of my message 😆 This video is about empowering yourself to take control of your emotional responses and shifting the focus away from the external (including people) 🙏
how do you balance feeling sadness but also reframing your emotional reactions?
@@anoushkamani9895 That’s such a thoughtful question! Like I mentioned in the video, it’s not about suppressing emotions. So what I like to do is allow myself to feel the sadness first. I’ll journal on it, reflect, and give myself the space to process. Then, when I feel ready, I’ll reframe it in a way that empowers me. Over time, it gets easier to reframe in the moment, but feeling your emotions fully is always an important part of the process! 🩵

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way! I disagree, I mean I think "adulting" definitely has its challenges, but I definitely wouldn’t say it sucks! I used to think that way too though, and I’ve found that shifting my mindset and focusing on emotional regulation, like I talked about in this video, has made such a huge difference for me. I hope it helps you too!

Thanks for sharing! I have to disagree here though. For me, this isn’t about not receiving enough compliments-it’s more about how self-worth impacts the ability to accept them fully. I’ve received compliments throughout my life, but sometimes those old limiting beliefs still creep in. Also, just fyi, we don’t do negative self-talk here! My community doesn’t call themselves ugly-we lift ourselves up. So next time, please be kinder to yourself!

Like I mentioned in the video, the goal of a vision board is to evoke the feelings you want to attract and act as a guide for the life you’re creating. If you want a giant vision board that covers your entire wall at home, go for it! It’s about finding what resonates with you and keeps you inspired/motivated

If you don’t have any photos of yourself that evoke the emotions or experiences you want to create, you can use images that inspire you or represent what you’re working toward (I get a lot of mine in Pinterest 😅). The main idea is to pick images that make you feel connected and excited about your vision ❤

Try walking backwards on a high incline treadmill (8+, 10 if you can). Your knees will thank you. The exercise rarely hurts and it really helps build strength

Thank you for the video. I really like the tip to take just 2 or 3 aligned actions each day. I have a few goals I am working on at the same time plus working so it can be overwhelming! Learning just to take a few small steps forward as you mention and not spend the entire day working on goals is more healthy and focused. Also I agree with you about been able to be both ambitious and grateful. I am ambitious and sometimes I feel I should be more grateful, I feel it is good to be both grateful and want to improve your life at the same time!
