Why is there a traffic cone in front of the elevator on P1? They completely barricaded this elevator when I filmed these in March 2024. I’m kind of surprised how you managed to film this elevator with a traffic cone blocked in front of it.

That’s weird you don’t have to be a guest to get in any hotel. If the elevators are not key carded then you can ride them. I recommend next time getting busted by a security guard just ignore them and don’t even answer a single question they say.

I had no idea they're modding these elevators. Definitely surprised me considering the fact that they aren't that old and the existing fixtures appear to be in good condition. My prediction is that these elevators will get the same treatment as the mid tower (dewhurst us91, and an acme display)

YOU have to have a key to go up not down just 2 floors you need a key to access 2 you can come back to 1 without a key every elevator will take you back to the main floor without key

Another thing you could’ve done to get the other elevator was take the elevator you rode first to 2 instead of 1 then change elevators there

Will there any elevators be left original? Because I’m thinking about possibly making it here at some point next year since I had just literally got my passport renewed.

I’m very surprised these elevators are getting modernized especially since I’ve haven’t seen any others get modded yet. Also, these elevators are 14 years old since they were installed in 2009 and I’m sad to see these ThyssenKrupp Northerns go away. Why are the north tower elevators in this hotel being modded?

My local Macy's at Coral Square got this same modernization at the beginning of 2023 (as the THIRD elevator to get modernized at THAT mall), following the Montgomery Vector at Sears by Epco Survivor in 2013 and then the Westinghouse at JCPenney by GAL VPMC in 2019.
